Research Summary

TIAN’s research focuses on the three-in-one “target-probe-drug” design strategy, which aims at the key molecular targets in pathological process to synthesize highly sensitive and selective fluorescent probes, screen efficient and harmfulless drugs, and construct precise theranostic systems by virtue of nanotechnology. The mechanism and potentiality of these systems will be investigated from molecule, cell, and tissue to whole animal level.
