Summary

Professor Liang teaches several courses for undergraduate students, postgraduate students & Ph.D. students. Since 1983, His research mainly focuses on R & D of active constituents of natural products and TCM:   1) R &D of natural anti-cancer drugs (e.g. taxol, PC-SPES, taxus species, Oridonin , Ponicidin , Rabdosia rubescens), 2) R &D of natural anti-diabetes drugs (e.g. sequoyitol, catalpol, Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch), 3) R &D of natural anti- Hepatitis drugs (e. g. capillary Artemisia, YIN-BAI capsule).  Professor Lianghas hosted and participated many scientific research projectsencluding scientific research projects of national, provincial, Ministerial, international and Enterprise cooperation; have published over 210 research papers on international or national professional academic journals (many of them are SCI or EI papers); has published 8 textbooks of higher education and Professional Publication (among them, chief 1 and vice-chief 3). Published 1 authorized U.S. invention patent, apply 13 Chinese invention patents (among them, 6 were authorized) and international 1 PCT invention patent (among them, European and Canadian patents were authorized), obtain 1 new drug certificate.
