Research Summary

Professor TAN is one of famous scientists in the field of plant cyclopeptides in the world. Her researches involve into chemistry, pharmacology and R&D of Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCMs). Most of her projects focus on the resources, chemistry, pharmacology, anti-cancer drug R&D of plant cyclopeptides, particularly in TCMs, others on chemical and effective constituents of anti-tussive and immunosuppressive TCMs. Her lab has established a substantial cooperationand exchangewith some famous labs, i.e. Professors David Craik (University of Queensland, Australia), Clara Bik-San Lau (Chinese University of Hongkong), Li-juan Chen (Sichuan University), Chen Wang (Institute of Biology and Cell Biology, CAS).
