Professor Li’s research focuses on the analysis of bioactive ingredients and safety related compounds, especially macromolecules such as polysaccharides and proteins. Prof. Li got grants from National Natural Science Foundation, the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu, and National Major Scientific and Technological Special Project.
