  • Dr. Ran Mo is a professor and vice Dean of School of Life Science and Technology at China Pharmaceutical University. He also is a principal investigator of State Key Laboratory of Natural Medicines of China Pharmaceutical University. Dr. Mo received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from China Pharmaceutical University in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, he was a Postdoctoral Associate working with Dr. Zhen Gu in the Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and North Carolina State University. His group studies drug delivery, biomaterials, nanomedicine and biomedical engineering. He has published over 50 papers in the prestigious journals including Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Communications and Science Advances, and applied 8 patents. He is the receipt of the National Ten Thousand Talents Program for Young Top-notch Talents, the Young Elite Scientists Sponsorship Program by CAST, the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province of China for Distinguished Young Scholars, the Program for Jiangsu Province Innovative Research Talents, Jiangsu Specially-Appointed Professors Program, and the Six Talent Peaks Project of Jiangsu Province of China.
