With the support of China Pharmaceutical University, Key Laboratory of Drug Quality Control and Pharmacovigilance of the Ministry of Education, and the Key Laboratory of Biomedical Functional Materials of China Pharmaceutical University, Xiao’s research group is committed to the development of biomedical materials and new technology of pharmaceutical analysis. In recent years, a number of original achievements have been made in biomedical materials, magnetic materials, carbon materials, fluorescent materials, molecular imprinted materials, etc., and applied to the development of medical devices and consumables, pharmaceutical analysis and diagnostic reagent development, chiral separation, drug detection, complex sample pretreatment and other fields. He has presided over a number of scientific research projects such as National Natural Science Foundation projects, central university research special key projects, school-enterprise cooperation projects, and participated in national key research and development projects. So far, two scientific research results have been transformed into practical applications.
