Xiayun

Dr. Xia Yun is an Associate Professor at China Pharmaceutical University, an independent Principal Investigator, and a supervisor for master's students. He earned his Ph.D. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Dr. Xia leads a multidisciplinary research team focused on tumor bioinformatics. His team works on integrating and analyzing biomedical big data and developing innovative methodologies for cancer research. Their research areas include studying biomedical mechanisms using big data, identifying biomarkers, building diagnostic and prognostic models, exploring tumor immunotherapy, discovering new drugs, and creating databases and tools for tumor and immune analysis. Dr. Xia's team has submitted multiple Chinese and international invention patent applications. In 2024, Dr. Xia published several research articles in journals such as Nature Immunology (cover article of the April 2024 issue), Briefings in Bioinformatics, Thyroid, and iMeta.
