Through integrating comprehensive technology of molecular cell biology, immunology and disease animal model, my research mainly focused on identification and characterization of diverse key regulators in regulating innate immune response as well as delineating the underlying molecular regulatory mechanism of innate immune that is associated with acute inflammation. Based on the identified key components of innate immune system, I have been working on lead compounds discovery.
