Research Summary

Professor WU’s current research interests include nanoscale-based targeted delivery of drugs, peptides, siRNA in order to enhance the efficiency of treatment; use and characterization of macromolecules for drug delivery; nanoparticle formulation, characterization and testing; modified-release preparations; preclinical in vitro and in vivo biopharmaceutical evaluation of drugs; intracellular fate and molecular mechanisms of action of drugs.
