Xiaoan Wen is Associate Research Professor at China Pharmaceutical Universitys Center of Drug Discovery & Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Drug Discovery for Metabolic Diseases. His research interests are mainly centered in drug discovery for metabolic diseases and cancers. He gained his BE degree of Pharmaceutical Chemistry in 1998 and Ph. D degree of Medicinal Chemistry in 2007 at China Pharmaceutical University. Sponsored by the Foundation Franco-Chinoise pour la Science et ses Application (FFCSA) and the China Scholarship Council (CSC), he  received post-doctoral training between 2010-2012 at Lille 2 University of Health and Law’s Biostructures and Drug Discovery (INSERM U761) in France. From 1998-2002, he was employed as a scientific researcher by the Jiangsu Hansoh Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. in China. Since 2007, he has being worked in China Pharmaceutical University.
