Dr. Chen is an associate professor of Microbial pharmacy at China Pharmaceutical University, teaching microbiology, genetics, Monograph of Biopharmaceuticals. Holding a Ph.D. in Microbial and biochemical pharmacy from China Pharmaceutical University, Dr. Chen specializes in researching antimicrobial pharmacodynamics, especially the activities against drug-resistant bacteria, screening of bioactive substances from microorganisms and microbial quality control of pharmaceuticals.
