Yu Guangcong, male, Mongolian, born in June 1974, is a member of CPC. He was a bachelor of Engineering. Now he is an associate researcher.

He has successively served as Secretary of the Communist Youth League Committee of China Pharmaceutical University (from August 2012 to August 2014, he served as deputy District head of Lishui District of Nanjing, and head of the fifth and sixth batch of Science and Technology Town Leaders' League in Jiangsu Province), Party Secretary of International Medical Business School, and Dean of School of Continuing Education. He has served as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee and vice president of China Pharmaceutical University since August 2019.

 From July 2022, he assumed the post of Vice president of Tibet University of Tibetan Medicine and became the 10th batch of cadres of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee to assist Tibet.
