Qi Lianwen, male, Han ethnicity, born in January 1982, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He obtained the Ph.D degree of Science. Now he is a professor and doctoral supervisor.

He has served as Director of Human Resource Department and Director of Teachers' Work Department of China Pharmaceutical University, Dean of the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Vice President of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine since February 2023, and Vice President of the Party Committee and Vice President of China Pharmaceutical University since September 2023.

Main research: cardiovascular metabolic disorders and Chinese medicine intervention. He has presided over the National Youth Science Foundation, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the National Major New Drug Creation and Production Program. Selected for the National High-level Talent Special Support Program. He received the China Youth Science and Technology Award, the Second Prize of National Scientific and Technological Progress (ranked 4th), the First Prize of Natural Science of the Ministry of Education (ranked 2nd), and the First Prize of International Contribution Award of Chinese Medicine of the World Federation of Societies of Traditional Chinese Medicine (WFTC) - Scientific and Technological Progress Award (ranked 3rd).
