Wu Ruibin, male, Han ethnicity, born in March 1967, is a member of the CPCCPU Committee.He obtained a bachelor degree of science and now is an associate professor.

He has successively served as the deputy director of the Management Committee of Zhenjiang campus of China Pharmaceutical University, the Vice Secretary of CPC CPU Committee of Higher Vocational and technical college, the Minister of People's Armed Forces Department, the Secretary of the Party committee of Engineering College and higher vocational and technical college, the director of the president's office, Secretary of CPC CPU Committee and the director of the Management Committee of Xuanwumen campus.

In May 2021, he served as assistant to the president of China Pharmaceutical University, Secretary of CPC CPU Committee and the director of the Management Committee of Xuanwumen campus.He is also in charge of the Bidding Office, School of Continuing Education, and Jiangsu China Pharmaceutical University Holding Co., Ltd.
